None of the controls work and the valve \u2665\u2665\u2665\u2665\u2665 wont close like the bigboy. It has a loud steam hissing sound that never leaves . you can haddly hear the train sounds for this noise. I can not find a way to fix it. It should have worked when sold or give a refund. Problem is after 2 hours there is no refund! I have the same problem with the Big boy. I have two new locos that are usless to me. they never worked from the time I purchased them. Im not happy with , and dont trust any purchases I make for this game.. What a beautiful steam locomotive! If you're a fan of American Steam you might like this one. It's a little slow though. It took me a while to get the hang of it before I could get this engine up to speed with a consis behind it. I do wish there were passenger or frieght cars to go with it and that the whistle was the same one that 765 has, but it's still good.
